Vegas Baby!

I am off to Vegas with my ladies tomorrow. I cannot wait for the pool, the shopping and the food! Hopefully there will be some great pics to share next week. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Pup Post

Chewy is quite the spoiled pup. He gets to come to work with me every day. He's the office mascot. I don't think Chewy truly appreciates how priviledged he is cuz there are days that he just mopes hoping that we will get done early so we can go on a hike
Notice the horrible hair cut! In an effort to save some money we decided to do it ourself. It was an experiment that went very wrong. I will not be doing that to him again. He knows he looks stupid too, he looked at me with the saddest face when I was done. So sorry Chewy!

Just Because

I found this picture last night while cleaning up my office. I have always had a love of animals, actually, I prefer them to most people! They're unconditional, always happy and always put a smile on my face. This is me holding one of my Nana's dogs. Nana and Grandad had twin chocolate tea-cup poodles named Bo & Buddy when I was growing up.

Breaking Dawn

The final book in the Twilight series came out on Saturday, of course we were there for the midnight release! Amelia gave the first 2 books to me for Christmas, with the stipulation that if I did not promptly read them (and love them) she would no longer love me. Merrilee then gave the 3rd book, Eclipse, to me. I figured if I wanted to be accepted by my 2 favorite people I better start reading. I don't know what took me so long to listen to these girls. They have never led me astray, especially Merrilee (who introduced me to Harry Potter). All summer I have been waiting for Breaking Dawn to come out. The day is finally here, and Stephenie Meyer did not disappoint! In fact, this fourth book is her best by a long shot. I highly recommend the series for anyone that enjoys wonderful stories.
